Great breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location.

Management and front desk staff were commendable. Check-in was swift. The location was quiet and clean, with great nearby restaurants. Breakfast was satisfying—waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, though a weekend omelette option would enhance the experience. the room cleanliness fell short. Dusty coffee pot and leftover coffee were disappointing. The bathroom faucet needed attention. The pool and hot tub required maintenance; peeling paint and cloudy water were not appealing. Most alarmingly, I experienced significant bed bug bites after sleeping on the couch. Despite reporting it, compensation was lacking, and staff response was dismissive. Attention to upkeep and guest concerns is crucial for improvement.

Spotless hotel, relaxing room, wonderful staff. The rooms with a jacuzzi. Great area, central location adjacent to center of town and restaurants and the park, putt-putt, and restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Kopper Kettle Coffee nearby.

Fun, Fun, Fun

The indoor pool was a total blast; I spent hours swimming! Breakfast was delicious, especially the waffles, and the staff made the mornings even brighter. The location was spot on for exploring all the quirky local spots.

The room was spacious, but there were notable issues. The mattress was lumpy, making for an uneasy night’s sleep. Ceiling repairs were poorly done, and there were stains on the ceiling. Temperature control wasn’t consistent, as we had water leaking from the air conditioner upon check-in. The cleanliness was questionable; the elevator and hallways needed attention. While the bathroom was clean, there was mold around the vent, and the shower drainage was problematic. Staff were friendly, but the overall condition detracted from a comfortable stay.

Everything was great, including staff and location, its free wi-fi.

This hotel is just a short walk from everything you need to enjoy Helen, giving you quick access to delightful downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Chattahoochee River and the unique Live Tarantulas Museum, all within a kilometer. The warm indoor pool and friendly breakfast staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and the comfort of our room, especially with the added surprise of a jacuzzi, added luxury to our experience. It could use some minor improvements in hospitality, but overall, the convenience and charm of being so close to the heart of Helen make it a fantastic choice for any traveler.

Excellent and quiet location, central in the village centre, the surroundings can be explored on foot, very clean, excellent breakfast (porcelain plates and real cutlery!)
